I would love a more playable take on Wraith. I do think some of those subsystem are essential to the game (in spirit not in mechanics) like the idea of shadow players is amazing and I would want some version of it to exist.

Pf2e also has nice tight balanced math with a simple dc by level table that you can use to quickly and easily adjudicate tasks. 2nd edition is sooo much better balanced and easy to run that 1st. Starfinder is coming out with a 2nd edition this year as well using the same tenets.

Cypher obviously has this since every Npc is just a level and some modifications but in a more rules crunchy vein, Pathfinder 2e has npcs built on a whole different method than players based on a few easy to use tables. You can just have the tables up and reference the players level to get easy stat
