I've dealt with the "ayy lmao your problem" attitude from various docs over the years, but this case was the most annoying because every other one just dismissed it with "try these over-the-counter painkillers Idk what the issue is" when I complained about losing weeks to chronic headaches lol

I'm very annoyed that it's been years and I only now got meds that are specifically for migraines, and they're willing to work on this until I find ones that'll fit me if these won't - after going through so many doctors who'd just give me stronger painkillers which were clearly NOT helping, smh

And actually gave useful information about what to do now before the MRI, how to use different basic painkillers, suggestions for what I can do for the neck, etc.. It only took SEVERAL YEARS to get a normal doctor who actually listened to what I had to say lol
