I’d say it helps me focus a lot more and definitely drowns out the overthinking and second guessing that I can sometimes deal with when I’m lucid. I’m also a lot more patient. I like to set my intentions before I partake tho cuz otherwise I’ll just get munchies, tired, and then call it a night lol.
