WTF!! Even the early 70s was more locally inclusive - I remember learning about the Pacific Islands, Aboriginies in Australia, Japan, countries in the Commonwealth, and Māori culture via kapahaka & games & oral histories (and this was Churton Park primary, ffs). And yeah, the composite class load 😐
