That moment when, after bumping the NES the exact right way to get a game to work, you realise you set the controller on top of the console.

It's WORKING!

After looking at it closer, I realized the PC adapter has the exact same spacing and pinout. So for a perfect fit, I can just desolder the original Gamecube outlets and solder them right to the PC adapter board! #gamers #pcgaming

So I think I came up with a clever idea for the front ports on my new gaming PC. I considered making them USB at first, but what if I used actual GameCube controllers? So I picked up a PC adapter for GameCube controllers and started tearing it apart lol. It's going to be a perfect fit!

Very excited to get this Famicom Disk System up and running! This copy of Super Mario Bros 2 is the only game I have for it though (which is fine since I've never played it before).

I don't work on modern consoles much but these new GameCubes are absurd. Won't even take a GameCube disk.

The price is very fair for sure. They definitely had to cut down on some quality in the rest of the case to reach that price point though. Also the cooling is absolutely abysmal. Definitely form over function. Luckily I have a pretty tame build but I'll probably do a full water loop later on.

Still waiting on more parts to arrive but I slapped my new gaming PC setup together to test this awesome side panel!

I finally have all three main US colors with screens (We are going to ignore the fact that the center console is Japanese).
I just need to pick up indigo and platinum Game Boy Players.

I gotta remember to actually use BlueSky so let's kick it off with the newest additions to my Nintendo collection.
