The Dems should take a play from the GOP playbook. The GOP is great at stonewalling everything, and the Dems need to borrow some of those tactics. Filibuster everything, insist everything be debated for as long as the rules allow, and even longer if whoever is in charge doesn't know the rules. Etc.
