“foster” dog update: we admitted we’re keeping him. and now we finally got him registered. I think he has known for a while that we weren’t letting him go.

I knitted #thearnoldjumper for the foster dog. The yarn didn’t match the specified gauge so i was kind of winging it, but it turned out pretty well. Yarn is Berocco comfort dk 🧶

foster dog update:

he has been neutered and named. gets the rest of his vaccines tomorrow.

i think our chances of letting him go to a new home are about 60/40. he’s awfully sweet.

his name is Kifli, which is Hungarian for croissant (approximately). he’s named for his curly tail.

Foggy morning.

recent almost completed #knitting project
a knit hat. mainly purple with a pinkish red, vaguely botanical pattern. there is a braid with the two colors across the bottom of the hat, and a second braid halfway up, separating two sections with different patterns.
