I swear there's a mountain behind the clouds. The feed occasionally has died due to me using up all the resources on that PC. I've got a deadheaded mini-pc I'm going to put in the corner and run it from there instead. We'll see how it goes.

They're going to be renovating that theater here in the next couple years. And they're building a sort of sister theater to it right next door to us as a sort of downtown arts rejuvenation. So we wanted to see something in it prior to its renovation.

There's five theaters around town that we've been looking for things that we were interested in seeing inside because they're kind of nexuses of the local art scene. It was amazing that we were able to just simply walk to see Elvis Costello relatively next door.

He closed with What's So Funny 'bout Peace Love And Understanding, which was particularly poignant. Another bonus was that he had playing with him as a special guest Charlie Sexton, who Meghan knew from the Austin music scene and saw him purchasing a fan at Target.

Badass for a really old guy. The theme of this tour is him playing his obscure older stuff and so for the first half of the show it was all songs of his that I didn't recognize at all. The second half though he played all the hits, thankfully.
