Once the court ruled sending troops into DC is unlawful, the Gov. of W. Virginia should have refused to follow an unlawful order. He too is responsible for the deaths of the 2 NGs.

ALL military personnel swear an oath to defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. When that enemy is POTUS he must be removed from power and charged with treason and for crimes against humanity.
