Yes! But this was how The Neurodiverse Safe Work Initiative was conceived …. So there are advantages to the hyper focus and justice sensitivity traits of ADHD!

We feel your pain! It’s the old out-dated medical model of disability thinking rather than the social model. Sure there are frustrating an annoying challenges that come with ADHD that can be managed (not treated) but there are also unique talents that we would lose if we were to “treat” it.

100% DEI was never enough. Neurodiversity is a fact. Inclusion is a choice. Choose to consciously include and celebrate the diversity of the human brain and functioning because if you don’t you will unconsciously exclude.
