My therapist keeps telling me I have to force myself to do things even when I don’t feel like doing them, even if it’s just for a few minutes, but that too feels impossible.

Can’t even properly finish a video game anymore. Still deep in Act 2 of Silksong, still nowhere near done with ZA, haven’t felt like touching Nightreign in months.

I really wish I wasn’t in a months-long reading slump. Reading helps immensely when I feel like imploding under the weight of my responsibilities, but nothing I’ve tried since July has grabbed me.

I don’t know how to properly maintain the very few friendships I have while simultaneously keeping my head above water at work. I don’t think my meds are working anymore. I probably shouldn’t have bought that bottle of wine tonight.

Legit wouldn’t wish a kidney stone on anyone 😫
