The company that owns PUBG (Krafton) acquired Tango and the Hi-Fi-Rush IP a few months after Microsoft shut them down. Extremely rare and fortunate situation for a game developer these days.

Or the modern CEO thinking of every game needing to sell 10 million copies to be successful. This is the same company that killed Tango Gameworks despite Microsoft themselves calling Hi-Fi Rush a success on release.

I suppose so. Still doesn’t help the general stigma that BK and other Rare IP were meant to stay with Nintendo and that Microsoft’s purchase killed Rare. Not to mention the stereotypical Xbox demographic not caring for games like that.
