Crossed the 18,000 run/walk/hike mile mark since starting to track using Nike in May of 2013 today and puts me somewhere around 21,000 since I started to run. Always find myself being reflective at these round number milestones, but thankful for everyone I’ve shared a mile with.

Nearly started crying when the delivery team said I’d have to remove my doors to get these sofas in my basement. Alas, they tilted them just slightly differently, and now I finally have my lady lair hangout space.

It shockingly was less than 20 minutes from ride share drop off through baggage claim through TSA pre-security to the B gates. ATL was well-prepared for the holiday travel onslaught this afternoon.

Achieved my goal of being active for an average of an hour a day for the year. Run, walk, strength training, hikes. All the things to continue to try to allow my body to move to the best of its abilities

Set a goal this year of trying to average an hour of run/walk/hike a day. With 45 days left in the year, I’m 32-ish hours away. Movement, especially now, feels critical for me to feel some semblance of “normal”
