Called my senators and representative this morning to ask that they protect the funding for the National Endowment for the Humanities. So important for so mcu - and in particular Juneau has important projects with grants from the NEH that help leverage other funding.

I’d guess about 1,300 people at Juneau’s protest today in front of the Alaska Capitol. Largest I’ve seen there since the women’s march and march for science during the first Trump term. Extra credit to the person who had a Greenland flag — not many of those in town, I’d guess. #akleg #Alaska
