It’s amazing. Great recipe. Thin carrots (cut them diagonally or in sticks) a little bit of butter. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. A little salt and pepper. Seal it up and sous vide at 183 for an hour or so. Empty into the skillet until they glaze. Can do multiple bags and you have a great side all week.
