Sometimes you gotta design a silly outfit for the sake of showing off your cute catboy's curves

A catboy with brown hair holds a glowing mask in his hand. The art shows off a party outfit design that includes a low-hanging tank top, and a truly ridiculous combination of skirt + pants that is truly difficult to describe. Imagine cutting harem pants in half and replacing the front with a skirt. Now imagine the harem pants end just below the knees and have little ties for you to tie them off around your legs. It's high waisted, and the slit between skirt and pants goes up high enough to show off his hips. He's also wearing black boots that reach just below his knees.

A diagram of the ridiculous skirt pants design I came up with in a state of likely delirium. The diagram points to specific aspects of the outfit, such as pointing out a slit in the back of the pants for his tail to come out of, showing the loose laces on the bottom of the pants for tying around the legs, the slit that splits the skirt into pants. It also shows a small diagram of his loose-hanging shirt, which hangs down from his neck but is open-backed and very loose. I'm so sorry, this is actually really hard to describe with real words that make any damn sense
