This reminds me of the ancient ales from Dogfish Head Brewery. Waaay back in the day, I ordered a case of Midas Touch for my bottle shop. The recipe was made with ingredients found in 2,700-year-old drinking vessels from the tomb of King Midas. Kind of a cross between Chardonnay and beer, not bad!
