Claiming "voluntary" work is obscene. The conditions & food in the facilities are abhorrent. After 5 days worth of work, a detainee can afford to buy food from the commissary. Most frequent choices? Items like tuna pouches for needed protein.

There was no way to know he was 6” off, or 3”, or whatever it was. Chalk it up to shit luck on where that line was drawn. Bottom line, it was understandable caution and there’s no need to focus blame on IKF or 3rd base coach.
