Hi Mark, I’m a 4th year med student. Interestingly there’s a lot of evidence that there isn’t actually a shortage of physicians and that training more won’t solve our problems. It’s more a lack of incentives for new physicians to take jobs in places where they are needed most.

I believe squid/octopus evolved eyes separately from humans and other vertebrates. Remarkable how similar they are. Do you know how they differ histopathologically?
