My plan for next week - feel depressed and make art.

Made this last night. Such a mood.
Halloween greeting card with skulls. Black card bases, washi tape horizontal strips on the bottom (one white, one silver). The word Halloween is three quarters of the way up the card in black against a silver rectangular background. There is a strip of a double row of silver pyramid studs running vertically near the left edge. There is a large textured silver skull cut-out in the center, and two other textured skulls - one white one gray - above and to the side of the large skull.

I’ve added some hotfix rhinestone stars to my luggage so it’s quick and easy to ID as mine. Looking forward to see how they hold up on my upcoming travel!

This interestingly named ice cream truck is in Salem, and @talimk7.bsky.social got a good picture of it to prove it’s real.

Very excited to share that my cards are now selling at thehamgiftshop.com in Fitchburg, MA! Seeing my cards on display in a physical shop was amazing, and this has inspired a new round of crafting for me! I hope to be posting more about my art in the coming weeks & months. :)

REALLY proud of this one. It’s part of a set of 4. Flowers abc butterflies in anticipation of spring!
Handmade card featuring a yellow butterfly and some purple flowers. There is a “bling strip” of yellow and clear rhinestones running vertically, on the left edge of the card, next to the fold, and a strip of cardstock with watercolor-style purple chevrons going vertically next to it. Both overlay two strips of washi tape running horizontally along the bottom of the card. The bottom most is a pale yellow with two types of white wildflowers on it. Above it is a bit of white space, and then a strip of black glitter tape. The two purple wildflower stickers appear to be growing out of the black glitter strip, like it is soil. The yellow butterfly is made of cardstock, and is above the flowers, positioned at an angle, and partially overlaps the chevron strip. There are 3 black dots in a row horizontally in the top right corner of the card, aligned with the top of the butterfly wing.
