I’m so thankful that my home now is such a good place to be! It may be rural, it may be dry, it may be isolated and far from an airport but there’s so many perks!

4. So many places charge for parking your vehicle. I don’t want to pay rent for my vehicle. (I know this is typically common for most big cities anywhere but in towns of <10K people?!)

3. Crowds. Everywhere. Especially in beautiful outdoor areas. Trails you can’t even stay on because there’s too many people to pass each other.

2. The cost of everything is insane. In mid May I saw diesel for $2.81 in southern NM. Here’s is $4.99+. Some protein bars I regularly buy for $13.48 at home are $16.79. (When I started buying these the box was $9.99 😵💫)
