Last pepper pick today. Temps supposed to drop out soon. Not sure what I’m going to do with them all. Starting to dry some of the fish peppers to powder. Probably going to pickle some of them this weekend

Made chicken Chesapeake with my fish peppers to kick the spice up. Only used one because I’ve never cooked with them. Probably could have diced up 3-4 because of the richness of the dish, but it had a nice mellow after burn as cooked.
