Mixing the approaches doesn't get us any real value.
Using kubernetes or openshift or fabric in production is another area of DevOps and, many many times, needs other people

The first one is related to local development and containers management, the second one to production publishing procedures.
The first one needs to be completely independent from the second one.

Have you tried to remove one of them?
Sometimes the problem is in CORS and/or HTTPS, the experience in local development is quite different.
For a better test you should deploy locally on docker using an alpine image.

My long long experience with Blazor tells me that I must double check my code.
And I never went back to the hell of npm !!! Thanks Blazor !

Last year a similar problem was addressed on my HP pc.
It was only a driver issue.
I contacted HP and after 1 month an update has been released.
In the meantime I used the older driver without any issue.
Logging is fundamental

Ok, your use case is perfect for a GPU like that.
But, if you think, it's strange that a Mac without a GPU like that works as required for the majority of the video editors.
I don't like Apple products for a lot of reasons, but it seems a different approach more than a technical requirement.

The healthcare industry is a problem of controlling and regulation.
In Italy we have free public healthcare for everyone, from the diabetes pills to the most complex heart surgery.
Does it works?
Not always, but in 90% of cases yes.

The .net ecosystem and dev env is rock solid.
On a new computer I can download and install VS2022 and start working in half an hour (with a good connection).
With Blazor and EF Core I can develop and publish an app with dB support from scratch in 1 hour.
It works. Ever.

only macOSX can be compared with it on a desktop/laptop.
Linux is a great OS but the desktop versions are years away from Windows 11 and macOSX
