I used to vacation, shop and pick up parcels in the US at the very least 4-6 times per year, likely spending at least $5,000 every year. I am 56 years old and, as of November 2024, I will not be returning to the US for the remainder of my life. It is now an authoritarian failed state and dangerous.

Either US citizens end this or a foreign power will. I think it would be best if it was US citizens, because otherwise it only shows how weak and pathetic most US citizens have become, that an outsider has to solve their problems for them.

It seems like every damn day since the night of November 4, 2024. Although I’m not fundamentally against capital punishment for the most heinous of crimes, I’ve never wanted to see the execution of so many people for high treason as I have been these last two months.

Yes, a civil war of some sort is definitely a possibility. I sure hope we have a plan in place to close our borders and to withdraw our consular staff if that takes place.

Given that some intelligence analysts are predicting a shooting war with the US within the next 6-18 months why the hell would anyone travel to an enemy nation? It’s like travelling to Germany in 1933 at this point.
