i do have a spectrum binder but i dont wear it often bc it is your run of the mill uncomfortable high compression binder and i have bad shoulder pain that it can make worse

i wish it did a better job making me flatter too but it is (mostly) comfortable and does a little bit at least

in my experience if i am uncomfortable i tend to not bind but my current option (the mia high neck sportsbra from girlfriend collective) has been rolling up at the bottom lately and driving me absolutely insane
