👨🏽‍💻Running an MVP development agency and sharing the journey ($13.5k revenue first month) http://agileMVPs.com
Couldn’t ask for a better client than this.

It’s so common for clients to agree on tech specs for an MVP and then slowly add features one by one.

But this client was the complete opposite. He was asking for something that was not agreed on contract, so he wanted to pay extra for it by himself.

One of my first signed client projects was for $750.

Today, with all the work he has assigned to me, it sums up to about $3.5k.

And with the other projects he’s planning to do with me, it’ll add up to be about $7,000 worth of work in JUST 2 MONTHS.

Never underestimate a small client.

Break down of my rev ($13.5k) sources for my first month of running an MVP dev agency:

X: $7,300

Email: $4,700

Upwork: $1,500

I want to grow my client acquisition on Upwork. Most agency owners don’t use it but in my experience it has been a great platform to get to know new clients.

2 days into the first month of running my agency I locked in my first client for $3k+.

5 days into my second month of running my agency……absolutely NOTHING

Talking to a lot of potential clients but nothing locked in yet.

I guess these are the ups and downs of running your own business.

I just had a multi-millionaire contact me from this Reddit post…. 😭😭

Due to the post performing well, I got about 20+ DMs on Reddit. I responded to clients with my calendly.

He showed up at the meeting, and told me that he’s a serial entrepreneur that had 2x multi million dollar exits. 🤯

“We just want to keep the MVP super simple” - is what every client says right as we hop on call.

45 mins later, he’s still listing features and options for the MVP.

Some clients don’t understand what MVP truly means, they think it’s just a cheaper way to get your whole app made.

Posted on reddit about 20 hours ago regarding my progress with my agency and I expected to get a lot of hate comments but surprisingly almost didn't get any at all!

Still had a guy reply with "I would like to see proof" even though I literally posted the a compilation of payment screenshots lol

From $0 to $13,500 on my first month of running my MVP development agency.

This feels surreal. It completely changed my life.

My biggest factors for succeeding were:
- building great quality MVPs for clients QUICK with 0 friction for clients
- using the correct outreach channels for my service

Upwork offer for $1,500 project just came through out of the blue!

I had completely stopped doing outreach for the month when I hit $12k rev this month as November was booked.

But I had made some proposals on Upwork almost 2 weeks ago. And a client sent me an offer from there just now.

Just an intro about me.

Hi everyone, I’m Nazran. I’m a software developer that decided to risk it Al and build my own agency instead of working a 9-5.

I build MVPs for SaaS, AI tools, web apps, mobile apps, or anything you can think of really!

Message me if you wanna have a chat!

As a developer, this workflow helps me 10x my productivity and have a fully functional MVP up and running in a week.

v0 -> bolt . new -> cursor/windsurf

v0 cost: $20/mo
bolt . new cost: $20/mo
cursor cost: $20/mo

$60 a month total to work on $12,000 worth of projects.
