It does rely a bit too much on flashback retcons to my taste, so overall, the end result is not perfect, but very satisfying. and the harem route feels somehow deserved after all the MC went through. It's obviously cringy but, it's a harem, what else did you expect? Good stuff, would read more.

It feeds on manhwa's popular trope of the protagonist having precious knowledge about the story and adds manga's standard harem shenanigans, fantasy and action scenes included. The comedy rounds it up with regular gags and gaming/otaku references.

It tells a story of a boy whose favorite romcom's characters become real, so it's as meta as it gets. It's also very conscious about it, often breaking the 4th wall and acknowledging the harem genre's shamelessness. And it embraces that shamelessness.
