When said money is far less than it should be, and the rich are just buying another Yacht, massive layoffs just to keep a bonus while the underlings struggle, yeah I'd consider that ~exploitation~, just because people lack a choice doesn't make it less so. Next you'll be saying "find another job"

That's certainly a statistic that I find very hard to believe, regardless it's so far from a living wage in most places that a lot of wages up to $25/hr isn't enough.
