Studio musician, composer, sporadic horror writer, Bram Stoker nominee. I’m here to communicate, not self-promote endlessly.
Why do so many murderers find their routine once they’ve been rejected? That isn’t rejection’s lesson. It’s empathetic persistence and kind self-criticism, not revenge.

What I hate is not being at a doctor’s mercy. It’s being subject to a doctor’s whim.

Ever learn things about your supplements routine that make you think it’s the equivalent of wearing a charmed amulet or tossing ashes over your shoulder?

(I watched Ulmer’s “Detour” for the first time last night, so please excuse the noir voice. It’ll fade.)

last months, too, perhaps.

Joshua Doss and Onyx Impact’s “Blackout Report: The Real-World Cost of Erasing, Distorting and Suppressing Black Progress” looks slick enough to have been born on your shelf, but it was finalized in October 2025.

Oh, and did I mention it’s free? You can download it right here:

If Alexander McQueen were alive today, could he pull off wearing Alexander McQueen?

(Most of us couldn’t beyond our early 30s, but damn, some of those looks were cool.)

If Trump drops a bomb and inadvertently sets off world annihilation, Zionist Christians who live long enough will thank him for stewarding their way to paradise.

Why is it that the more insane a leader gets, the more problematic the imperative to stop them becomes?

I say this as a sympathetic agnostic:

Christians have been singled out and lied to systematically by the Right because the idea has been to tailor, misrepresent and omit Biblical teachings to promote a power-hoarding, economy-crushing endgame.

Escapism on the level of identity is a seesaw I’d rather not straddle.

Each complex piece I publish now takes a single day to complete, which is new. A motive or subject appears in my head, often connected to a visual idea. Then I develop it on my Studiologic SL88 GT Mk2 (which feels glorious!), track the result and create a video so that I can upload what I’ve done.

Horror fiction often involves the world being someone’s edible oyster. Now we’ve got a glutton for a world leader.

When you compare the original Nazis with the sadistodynkophants in the Trump admin, the one Stephen Miller resembles most is Himmler.

“Think of Others”

by Mahmoud Darwish

As you prepare your breakfast, think of others
(do not forget the pigeon’s food).
As you conduct your wars, think of others
(do not forget those who seek peace).

If human beings are so important, then why are a housefly’s reflexes faster than those of our greatest athletes?

Do some people buy things on the internet so that their loneliness will be eased by the knowledge that, somewhere, an object is trying desperately to reach them?

“If we would not endure a king as a political power, we should not endure a king over the production, transportation, and sale of the necessities of life.”

— Senator John Sherman, 1890

We must replace the policies that empower corporate autocrats with fair digital antitrust and privacy laws.

When it comes to urban and academic neologisms, the Christian right can’t differentiate between the demotic and the demonic. And scrod forbid they actually like certain slang, which they’ll then redefine and ruin forever.
