Me pregunto cómo lo hacía la gente antes para entrar a trabajar en un sitio sin tener experiencia. ¿Simplemente los contrataban como a cualquier otro trabajador y conforme se iban formando les iban dando más responsabilidades y subiendo el sueldo? Qué locura.

Me pregunto cómo lo hacía la gente antes para entrar a trabajar en un sitio sin tener experiencia. ¿Simplemente los contrataban como a cualquier otro trabajador y conforme se iban formando les iban dando más responsabilidades y subiendo el sueldo? Qué locura.
