I had the same thought. I think that in the judge's mind the question was more "should the government prevail on these two issues" and the answer to that is clearly "no."

That's . . . frightening.

He also notably declines to say Schumer should resign his leadership position.
November 11, 2025 at 1:41 AM
I would do that, except that Schumer is actually my Senator, and in New York you have to be a registered Democrat to vote in that party's primaries. So I need to stay registered as a Dem to be able to vote against him in the next primary. Can't come soon enough.

That is fucking infuriating.

For "all of us"? You forgot to add the caveat: "except, of course, for trans people."

Pathetic

Isn't it too late? I thought the entire East Wing has already been demolished, as of earlier today.

Has a reporter ever responded to this kind of comment with "But as Speaker of the House [or congressperson, or AG, or Director of the FBI or Homeland Security, etc.] isn't this something that you *should* know about??"
October 17, 2025 at 4:50 PM
Omg, how mature...
October 17, 2025 at 4:43 PM
Good question. For me, the answer is No. (And if that were a thing, it would make sense for me, as I am 74 YO.)
October 14, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Thank you, yes!!

I was trying to relax the other night by watching facebook reels, but realizing how many of the animal/baby videos are AI pretty much ruined it for me. And once you can spot them, you realize they're all over. And they're just really badly done.

"The VP doesn’t set Middle East policy, the President does. The VP’s role is to support the President, period."

But she wasn't just the VP, she was a candidate for president. She could have distanced herself from Biden on Israel and Gaza, but she refused to. That's on her.
October 13, 2025 at 12:38 AM
Oh my god, what utter bullshit. And she has to know that. She should be ashamed of herself.
October 12, 2025 at 10:10 PM
That last sentence . . . could you just say that again, what you just said, Senator?
