Even feeling pain and regret, I can't undo how I mistreated my friends, but I can use the knowledge gained to build myself up as a better person. This shows how I truly feel, even as improved person I still care about and miss them. So I pray for things to get brighter again

I have been working harder on getting better than ever. For years I have been advised therapy, and I've felt I don't need it. After hurting my friends I finally built up determination to pick it up. And it's been paying off. I believe Love and Kindness will always find a way, even through mistakes

Hi Bsky, this marks the start of my blogging. I have realized that to truly defeat the worst in me, words and empty hope are not enough. I must take action, and I feel something finally clicked in me - I know what to do. And I will do it. This journal is to keep track of that journey.
