My six year old went off reading because of the emphasis in school. I get that they need to read specific books to meet milestones but I didn't insist he read those books at home unless he wanted to. He is now going through the Bunny vs Monkey and Dog Man series and he loves reading again!

Definitely the fact that your system has detoxed from cheap chocolate! I feel the same after I take a long break from 'fast' or 'junk' food.
