Vivi was a good card in Alchemy but not super busted like it is with Cauldron in Standard. Top decks in Alchemy (not my assessment, but mtga.untapped.gg) are Simic Omniscience decks & Dragon decks. Charmer nerf will affect the latter but not really relevant for Omniscience decks.

Disappointed that they didn't ban Omniscience -- has made the format near unplayable for me (& I think I might hate the deck even more when playing & winning with it)

Nerfed Cori-Steel Cutter is still good too, in conjunction with Balmor & cheap non-creature spells
