ITS is aware of an issue where university webpages located on in.nau.edu are currently unavailable. Our technical teams are actively working to restore functionality as soon as possible. We’ll provide an update tomorrow morning with any additional information.

NAU LOUIE portals will be down for maintenance this Saturday, August 2nd, from 9 AM to 2 PM. If you're an hourly employee and work during this period, you can log hours in your timesheet through LOUIE HR when maintenance is complete.

We've resolved the issues impacting users attempting to modify their Digital JacksCard through NAUgo, and users are once again able to make any changes in the app. If you continue to experience issues, contact the ITS Service Desk using the link in our bio.

We're working through some technical issues with NAUgo and JacksCard, where users are currently unable to add or modify their Digital JacksCard. We recommend not making any changes to your Digital JacksCard at this time, and we'll provide an update once this issue is resolved.

We've identified and remediated the issue impacting multiple NAU services, and we're beginning to see impacted services come back online. We'll be continuing to monitor our systems as services become fully restored.

As we continue to work to restore services, our call centers are experiencing a high volume of calls with extended wait times. For non-urgent technical issues, you can email ask-its@nau.edu, and our teams will respond to your query as soon as we're able.

We're aware of an outage affecting multiple services, including the NAU Wi-Fi networks, Canvas, LOUIE, ServiceNow, VPN, and other online services. Our networking teams are currently working to diagnose and resolve these issues.

Our network team has resolved the issue causing off-campus users on certain internet service providers to be unavailable to connect to NAU services under the nau.edu web address. (1/3)

We’re currently looking into an issue affecting several NAU services, including Canvas, ServiceNow, and the NAU VPN, which are unavailable off-campus with certain Internet providers such as Century Link and Optimum. (1/2)
