That's a sigil of Asmodeus in the frame, so on a hunch, I tried a Vigenère cipher with "ASMODEUS" as the key. I got "HTE ARRYDTEM SEEQNU PICATOACMSN FI NTO ILNLIEB", which seems to be an anagram of "The martyred queen's accompanist, if not Bellini". I have no idea what that means, though. Anyone?
