Ofc!! If you have any bits of random sturdy plastic lying around, practice on that first to figure out how much pressure you need to apply. You don’t need much, but also each frame is a lil different. You’ll want them near the weep holes that are already within the frame

What’s the clogged pipe to?

The drain line hole- you’ll want painters tape to mark where you want the hole to go, and have some water you can drip while you’re drilling to keep it from melting the plastic and jacking up the drill.
