I can’t give folks the entire excerpt from this part of the book, but sure. As Kamala and her fellow senators learned, Benedict Arnold can win an election when paperless voting machines can be hacked so easily.

Per Kamala, we know Russia breached election systems in 2018. Although it didn’t look like they did anything at the time, who is to say whether they took what they knew to apply it to the election this year?
