what is happiness? what makes a moment beautiful? jin tells me it doesn't need to be so complicated. it is simply being in the present. to paraphrase rilke: we can live the questions now. and maybe, without realizing, we can live along some distant day into beauty.

happy birthday, army! ✨️💜 i wanted to write something nice and thoughtful and profound but the words seem inadequate. these days, i think more and more about what community means. i wish there was a better word than love, but it is the closest. thank you for your light.
