Russia plays Chess. China plays Go. And the U.S. plays Poker. And what's interesting about poker, it's a very short game. So, you play one hand after another. "Ok, we lost that one, we start another war" It's not a consecutive complex strategy and it's filled with bluffs.

From jumping into a sidewalk hopscotch, to brewing some tea or coffee, to walking among the fog and the trees, to wearing my warm hat and cozy cat socks, to eating delicious homemade savory treats, loving my cat's company...those are some of my dopamine menu. What's yours?

The path ahead takes a few turns that open up opportunities for fear. The unknown which you can't foretell & the absence of love, the absence of wisdom, or even knowledge can create fear. When fear lands in the physical body it opens the door to misalign many of the cells in your body simultaneously

When you're outside walking or running, every time you exhale, you send out carbon dioxide into nature, the trees grab that carbon dioxide and turn it into oxygen. We have this beautiful symbiotic relationship between humans and nature.
