Bright eyes burning like fire
A co-worker said to me years ago "do you know what your problem is" me anxiously waiting for it, "you care too much". I've never forgotten it.
She was right. It led to burnout and it wasn't worth it.
We are all going to die and no one will be talking about some project we did at some job.

If I was going to law school now I would study criminal law or human rights law. I would work to form a coalition of lawyers (global) who are prepared to spend the next few decades preparing criminal cases for the prosecution of power holders, the media, & anyone who has participated in war crimes.

Mmm I guess that's the same in a lot of western countries when their populations were less diverse.
Interestingly young men now hold some of the most regressive attitudes towards gender.
I'm not a fan of age group labels or labels in general as they assume commonality when often there is none.

I just watched a clip on IG with multiple police showing up for a very small protest against Woodside in WA - looks like they were charging someone with jaywalking.
My understanding is the ex WA treasurer got a job at Woodside.
