I meant pain due to the fact gaming is seen as a "waste of time" so the boss would be more likely to have you do more cuz of it (I could be wrong)

On one hand, a boss shouldn't care what you do outside work hours (unless you have a job that you need to be ready at all times, like a firefighter or cop.) On the other hand.... Pain.
