You have really good space for indoors with indirect and filtered sunlight. Now I know the secret of good growth 🤨🤩🪴🌱

Don’t forget to cut them into small pieces and can remove the seeds.

Mostly stir fry with oil/onion and cumin seeds/with little salt/turmeric powder. Also you can just boil them in water (drink the drained water adding little salt and pepper/ great for BS management) and then fry it. Also, people make it fritters type crispy fry with adding cornflour batter etc. 😄

We call it bitter gourd (not look like melon) or Karela (Hindi/India). Great for controlling blood sugar but can be toxic if taken in large quantities. Enjoy the harvest. 👍
