I thought getting a whiteboard would help organize my research thoughts... I mean it does, but now I have visuals to go along with the verbal madness

How do you handle stress? Do you isolate because you're "too much"? Or lash out, feeling unheard? Does it creep up, choking you as you try to swallow it all? It's okay to take things one step at a time. You don't have to do it all at once, be kind to yourself.
