Sobeys today, big sign saying product of Canada but clearly the boxes and stickers say California. Went for broccoli as Sobeys advertised it was Canadian but I let it behind as Sobeys is not trustworthy

Try reading this book. It helped me immensely to get over my life long migraines. It was recommended by my ears/nose/throat specialist as they see lots of migraineurs.

I used to get similar migraines which the ER thought was stroke I called them brain shakes which was vertigo but shaking not spinning. This book gave me my life back and I haven’t been to an ER since. My ENT specialist had given me an excerpt for this book

But my thermometer says -30. I moved from the north part of province where -40 to -45 came at least once a year but this still sucks.
