No I think I was using the Costco brand? I haven't used them in months I just remember having some *foul* burps when I was on them. I actually think I still have a bottle I'll check when I'm home if I remember 😅

It was very hit or miss. I'm either fine or retching and racing to drink more water. I currently do Costco metamucil knockoff and some white probiotic powder thing in a green container that I also got at Costco and the only negative is that the Costco knockoff is sugar free and tastes not great 😂

Be VERY careful with them and drink LOTS of water. I stopped using them and switched to powder cuz if I didn't drink enough water my burps were so foul they almost made me vomit on several occasions but that might just be a me-thing 😆

It tastes like ASS tho 😭

I will continue to not give them my money just like I have this whole time 🤣
