I've recently been dealing with a pinched sciatic nerve and need to do more hip/sciatic stretches to help with that.
I have a habit of sitting on my feet when I'm at my computer desk and thats what agrivated my sciatica🫣

But unfortunately, I doubt that anything landed. There is a meteor shower happening now and through to the 5th. But still👀 it was SO COOL! I hope I see more!
