You would be correct, the dictionary you are referring to is by Lyle Campbell. There's another one called Ne Nawat Yultuk that was also made with a nahuahablante from Santo Domingo de Guzmán. But whether the latest dictionary (yultaketzalis) actually does a good job is another story unfortunately.
