Had to rescue a magpie this evening! A lively fellow, just had trouble flying and was on course to be a first course for my cats!!

Very interesting visit to the British Museum this evening for the National Partnerships reception. An opportunity to hear about the great collaborations between regional & local museums that is currently happening (Colchester Vase currently on tour for the Gladiators of Britain)
