We are coming up to AprilFool’s Day. My wish is that all this would be a big joke, but it is reality. I love seeing people standing up, protesting, demanding answers and more. The movement is definitely the way to go!

Happy Heart Day! I would love everyone take a deep breath, feel their heartbeat, think a happy thought even if that is hard, smile to all you meet today as your Valentine to the world. You never know how much the smallest gesture can lighten the burdens of others and ourselves.

Okay today is another day, but things are starting to smell and go stale. Still weary of all the BS from DC. Trying to use my small voice to let those in the fight know many of us have their backs.

I’m weary. Using boundaries where I can. Having hard time balancing the need to stay informed and be part of a solution and burying my head in the sand for four years.
